Ukrainian Egg Workshop!

Want to learn an ancient art form?

Once a banned emblem of revolution against Soviet rule … always a traditional rite of spring … come learn the centuries-old art of pysanka (pysanky in plural form). Join friends and neighbors at the Bayside Activity Center to learn how to create decorative Ukrainian eggs on Tuesday, April 15, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Because of the use of hot wax, permanent dyes, and open flame, the session is only open to those ages twelve and older. Please bring or wear old clothing.
